Standards, benefits, costs & application
Affiliation Standards
Elevate Life affiliates operate according to the following standards:
Compliance & Legal
- Comply with federal and state nonprofit law, operating under the center's own Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
- Comply with employment, fundraising, financial, and tax and reporting law
- Carry general, professional, and medical liability insurance
Client Care & Confidentiality
- Do not perform or refer for abortion
- Do not mislead the public through advertising or communications
- Client information is held in strict confidence, disclosed only as required by law or to protect against imminent harm
- Provide medically accurate, respectful information on parenting, adoption, and abortion
- Do not recommend, provide, or refer for contraceptives, while still educating on abortion and all forms of contraception
Medical Oversight & Training
- Medical services are overseen by a licensed physician and delivered by licensed professionals within their scope of practice
- Client-facing medical materials are approved by a physician before use
- Staff complete Elevate Life's ELITE client-services training before seeing clients
Governance
- Overseen by a board that governs a director responsible for day-to-day operations

Affiliation Costs
$150 annual affiliation fee
Affiliation is priced to stay accessible for every pregnancy resource center. Affiliates also receive discounted pricing on products and services through our partners, which helps the fee pay for itself over the course of the year.

Email us about your center at director@elevatelifeusa.org. A team member will follow up, your application goes to our board for final approval, and we'll request your affiliation fee once you're approved.
